How much does it cost?

$180 USD per night Sunday to Thursday and $200 USD on Friday and Saturday nights. That is the price of the whole finca, not per person.

How do I pay?

With a bank-transfer deposit that holds your dates, or full payment in advance. If you would rather pay by card, you can book the same finca on Airbnb.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 7 or more days before arrival and we refund 100%. After that there is no refund.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 3:00 and 5:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon.

How many people does it sleep?

Up to 9 overnight guests: 3 bedrooms, 5 beds and 3 bathrooms. Day events host up to 50 guests, quoted separately.

Is there a swimming pool?

No. The finca has a private heated jacuzzi with bubble jets for 8 facing La Piedra del Peñol and a deck with direct access to the reservoir.

What extras can you arrange?

A private chef, transport from Medellín or the airport, groceries stocked before you arrive, and a boat tour on the reservoir. They are quoted separately; tick them in the calendar and they go in your message.
